Balance is refundable for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival. There is a10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only for the nights we are able to rebook accommodations, minus a 10% cancelation fee. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time. All deposited monies shall be refunded fully if applicable. | ||
